The client wanted one large coffee table to fill the space and be accessible to both sofas. After looking at the layout of the room, I was able to convince them that a large piece would obstruct the flow in the room. They agreed and I made a pair of maple ambrosia coffee tables from the same slab. The double Z legs finished off the look.
